General Questions
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties.
Guests will be made liable for additional cleaning costs if evidence of smoking is found.
We have a strict NO PARTY policy. We will not accept a booking when the intent is to have a party or function at the property.
We reserve the right to involve the police f we receive complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour.
Host Questions
Your property doesn't need to be a rental all year round but for the best results, we recommend you have it available as much as possible.
If you do want to stay in the property yourself contact us as soon as you can and we will arrange to stop bookings.
Cleaning is not included in our fees. Guests pay for this service and are charged for this upon booking your property.
We can assist if your property needs an initial clean prior to listing it as available to rent. We will invoice you separately for this service.
Problems and accidents can happen from time to time however we make sure our listings are specific and we do not allow parties of any type.
We ask all the appropriate questions to limit problematic tenants and reduce the instance of unruly behavior in your home.
