The Gardens contain many plant collections in their grounds and greenhouses, as well as lush greens to enjoy a picnic or Café for a bite to eat and a coffee (the Botanic Gardens café is temporarily closed until further notice due to much- needed reservations, check website for updates).
A colony of Grey-headed Flying Foxes is living in Eastern Park and can be seen while walking or driving around Eastern Park Circuit. You can park near the Golf Course for a closer look at the roost and the information signs.
